We hope you are happy about our product. However, if you are not satisfied with our product, please return the item within 14 days after your shipment receipt date in its original packaging and we will refund you the original payment except the return shipping cost.

Please download the refund/exchange form online and fill out the refund form, and wrap all purchase items, print materials, accessories, and gifts in the original package and mail back to the address here:

We reserve the right to deny products of over 50% used, damaged, and multiple refund requests for the same products and return more than once. Returns that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a refund and may be returned at the customer’s expense or destroyed upon request. Refund eligibility is determined once your return is received and inspected. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any return shipment.

We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. We recommend that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.

Returns will be processed and approved credits issued within five business days of receipt.
