About the Product--
Dry shampoo is a product that allows you to wash your hair without water. Whenever you can’t wash your hair or simply don’t want to, it is the best tool to clean your hair quickly between washes. It will save you time, water, and electricity. From now on people with greasy hair won’t need to wash everyday.It's a good hair care.
Q: How much do you put on your hair?
That totally depends on you. If your hair is oily and dirty; you will need more, although it will be difficult to dry it out. If you only need a small amount to absorb the oil in your hair,use less. Longer hair may need more.
Q: What are the formulation and ingredients of this dry shampoo? Can we list more ingredients and be clear about the content?
Our concept is to use gel to take away your hair oil. It contains some essential oils and organic ingredients to control oil and to keep the hair and scalp healthy. The formula includes: Organic Sambucus Nigra flowers(Nibì), Vitamin B3, Yeast Extract, Horse Chestnut, Vitamin B5,Moisturizing Serum, Zinc Gluconate, Biotin, Ylang Ylang Essential Oil, Peppermint Essential Oil, Citronella Oil, and Sage oil.
Q: Why does Fáciaño only sell one product?
Fáciaño now wants to focus on the products we are really passionate about and to really provide customers with good service to enable them to choose more easily. Instead of providing a bunch of products that already exist in the current market, we would rather have the products that can really help solve your daily problems regardless of gender, hair color or condition.
Q: How do I apply the product?
Put the dry shampoo onto the hair and scalp. Rub for a while and then wipe off with a dry tissue or towel (a towel works better) and comb with a brush. Please see the detailed instructions on the bottle and see “Products” on our website.
Q: How different is Fáciaño Dry Shampoo in comparison to other dry shampoos?
There is no powder residue left on your hair and scalp after use and, it dries easily. We’ve added some organic ingredients and essential oils which makes it much healthier than other dry shampoos. Most dry shampoos don’t stop itching, ours does.
Q How long does the dry shampoo remain on the hair?
You don’t need to wait too long. After rubbing, please go ahead and wipe it off.
Q: What if the product comes into contact with the eyes?
If you accidentally splash the product into your eyes, rinse with plenty of water; If irritation persists, see medical treatment.
Q: Are there any other precautions?
--It can only be used on the hair, not for other purposes.
--If there are any allergic reactions or other symptoms, please stop using it immediately.
--Do not use if your scalp is swollen, is experiencing pain, or you have an open wound on your scalp ... and so on.
--External use only, and keep out of reach of children.
Q: What does Fáciaño Dry Shampoo smell like? Does it have an artificial fragrance?
Fáciaño Dry Shampoo derives its fragrance from natural essential oils and is very healthy, not an artificial flavor or perfume. It smells like a natural herb.
Q: Is it good for both males and females?
Yes, both males and females can use it.
About Ordering--
Q: How long does it take for my order to reach me?
It takes around 4-10 working days to get the product depending on your location. During holidays, it might take longer so please allow some additional time during these periods.
Q: How much is the shipping cost?
During promotion season, the shipping cost will be free. Otherwise, shipping costs will very depending on the shopping season. You can see the detailed shipping cost before the order is confirmed.
Q: What is the payment method?
Currently we only accept Paypal since it is easy for us to process. Have your credit/debit card ready to purchase our products.
Q: How can I know my order status?
You can logon by entering email and password to check your order status. There are five possible situations:
Pending—Your order is not yet paid.
Confirmed—You have already paid online
Cancelled—Your order was cancelled before shipping.
Refunded—You asked to return the product and get a refund, and we have already refunded you.
Shipped—The product has been shipped and is on its way.
Q: Do you charge sales tax when I buy Fáciaño Dry Shampoo?
Every country and region has a different sales tax rate and online shopping doesn’t require you to pay tax right away, so we do not charge you for the sales tax.
About Refund and Exchange--
Q: What about returning and refunding?
We hope you are happy with our product. However, if you are not satisfied with our product, please return the item within 14 days of your shipment receipt date in its original packaging and we will refund you the original payment except the return shipping cost.

We reserve the right to not refund products that are over 50% used, damaged, or made to an account with multiple refund requests for the same products. Returns that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a refund and may be returned at the customer’s expense or destroyed upon request. Refund eligibility is determined once your return is received and inspected. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any return shipment.
We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. We recommend that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.
Returns will be processed and approved credits issued within five business days of receipt.
Q: How do you exchange the product if there is something wrong?
We are very sorry that you received a damaged product. Please fill out the refund/exchange form online and enclose it with the item you want to exchange. Mail the product back to the address below:
